JOB DEscriptION
Technical Experience of supervision, operation
and maintenance in various electrical
systems consisting of
Power & Air conditioning (DG sets and Air conditioners, ups
chillers
.bms, boiler, vaccums, HT,LT Panels
and other utilities)
Professiona expertise in
various
electrical equipments in day to day life.
Expertise in
Documentation and Fuel Management.
Expertise in Manpower &
Material resource planning and inventory management.
Experience in checking &
testing of
earthing pits,
chemical pits etc.
Experience in planning and
carrying out periodic servicing & maintenance of the above systems.
Responsible for Government Liaison,
relationship-based liaison with Electricity, Water , Municipality
and the Fire department, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
Responsible for trouble free operation of Chiller Plant, DG Set, UPS, Elevator Escalators, Plumbing,
Access System and Fire Fighting Systems
To check & maintain the DG sets, HVAC, Water supply system, Lighting, Panels, Transformer, HT & LT Breakers & other important electrical feeders on a daily basis to the facility visited.preventive checks.
Monitor cleanliness of Facility equipments & operation of
Access control and fire panel function ability at all sites.
Ensure all History
card & Preventive maintenance card maintained.
Study feasibility of modification/up gradation projects, commercial analysis & recommendation to client.
List out spares, issue inquiry to authorized dealer. Obtain at least 03 quotations and finalize rate contracts with the vendor for electrical Maintain records of energy consumption; compare it with past records and analyze/record reason for any abrupt changes.Preparing an annual maintenance schedule at site. Plan the equipment spare required for PM as per schedule, allocate team member, monitor timely PPM work and generate & file the PPM work.
